Hope Secondary School was officially opened by Minisitry of Education on 30th September 2021. Abraham Sineta.
Students shared songs and poems of thanks for their school, recognising that, if Hope had not been built, the majority would not be in secondary school, because of lack of school places in this rural area.
Abraham Sineta from the ministry of education praised the school for its great start. He thanked donors for the fully resourced library, computer room and science lab.
‘This is a magnificent school. You will agree with me that there are very few secondary schools in the rural areas like this one. The presence of the computer lab and science lab bridges the gap between what is in the urban and rural areas’
